Beyond the physical benefits, practicing yoga with your dog — or Doga — can be a great way to things up and build your bond with mankind’s best friend.

Before pulling out the mat, snapping the leash and hitting a peaceful pasture (…or a comfy spot in the living room), below are a few simple moves from that will get you and your pup off to a strong start.

And  yes, downward dog is definitely on the list!
